JobVantage Staffing Solutions is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Labour – Pallet Builder to join a growing team. This role involves building and repairing wooden pallets using a pneumatic pallet nailing gun in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Build and repair wooden pallets using a pneumatic nailing gun
- Perform general manual labour duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- Physically capable of performing manual labour
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
- Valid SIN and legal authorization to work in Canada
- WHMIS Certification required
- Willing to travel up to 25% (preferred)
