JobVantage reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on JobVantage, including text, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to JobVantage and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

  • Job Listings and Applications: You grant JobVantage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store content you submit (e.g., resumes, job postings) to provide our Services.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

JobVantage provides a platform to connect users but does not guarantee job offers, hires, or the accuracy of user-provided information. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JobVantage at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.
